"Alberto has reinvented himself and transformed his old house into a Rural Rental Property, he knows that rural tourism is booming, but it must offer added value and stand out from its competition. The rural tourist seeks to enjoy the environment, tranquility and above all, a rural experience at competitive prices and quality. To be able to keep up, Alberto is concerned, on the one hand, to offer comfort and improve the experience of his guests, who arrive wishing to start their break and do not want to waste time with the long paperwork process of the check-in. On the other hand, he is concerned about the profitability of his property, he has many expenses, he manages it all alone and doesn't have much time. He needs a tool that allows him to save time and comply with legal requirements in a simple way and of course, at a good price! " "With Check-in Scan you are doubt free, it is a tailor-made tool, you only need your mobile phone and at any time and place you can Check-In your guests"

I currently am living in a rural area, but I have lived downtown and just outside of town. The main advantages are privacy, space, and quiet. You can go for a walk or a bike ride and not have to put up with people taunting you for not using a car. If you have to pee, you don't have to look for a store or a gas station. The air is generally better-smelling, unless you live by livestock. You can get away with having your property however you want (within reason) and the neighborhood association won't bother you, because there is none. If you want to be loud, you usually can. If you like ATVs, hunting, fishing, birdwatching, or just watching wildlife, you generally can. Around here we have rabbits, deer, pheasants, vultures, snakes, frogs, turkey, coyote, bobcat, racoons, oppossum, woodchucks, minks, badgers, and mountain lions, several of which can be seen from time to time in our yard. Theft is usually less of a concern, and children and pets have more room to run. You dont' have to worry as much about kidnapping or getting mugged, either.
Granadilla is ranked as the third best walled city of Spain. Valle del Jerte: If you are looking for nature and relax, the Valle del Jerte provides a wide variety of flora and vegetation. But undoubtedly the star point is the cherry. This region reaches a great beauty in spring, when you can see all the cherry blossoms, creting an image that tou will not able to forget. In that season a great white cloak clothes the valley. You can visit this place whenever you like, but the best time is usually in late March and early April when flowering is at its peak. If you visit this region of northern Caceres, go to Plasencia, the famous capital of the Valle del Jerte. Comarca de las Hurdes: The cluster of mountains and a constant presence of water that irrigates every corner are the factors that draw the slopes of the mountains and create some spectacular meanders. They have eroded the characteristic slate of the place since chitecture, Nature, Gastronomy, Geography, Culture and tradition merge as a distinguishing mark of the people from there.
